Top of Totengässlein

This is the top of Totengässlein, long and steep stairs that connect the lower city with Peterskirche. The name literally means "Little alley of the deads", very creepy name, but I guess it was because it is the route the funerals used to follow to reach the church. One side of the alley remains sided by old beautiful buildings, while the other by modern and ugly ones (and a multilevel car parking).
