Schifflande Tauzieher, The Rope Puller
An experiment with soluble graphite. Not successful, the paper is not the right one. This relief is on the dock below Schifflande. The tag below says "Max Uehlinger, Tauzieher". It's used by pidgeons as balcony (and toilet).
